JC Music(이하 "앱")은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 앱은 기기에 저장된
음악을 재생하는 로컬 음악 플레이어로, 별도의 회원가입이나
로그인이 없습니다. 음악 파일 자체와 재생목록·감상 기록은 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
다만 무료 이용자에게 보여 주는 광고, 앱 사용 통계, 인앱 결제, 사용자가 직접 누르는
앨범 아트 온라인 검색에는 아래와 같이 기기 밖으로 정보가 전송됩니다.
1. 수집·처리하는 정보

앱은 음악 재생을 위해 기기에 저장된 음악 파일과 앨범 아트에 접근합니다.
음악 파일과 기기 안의 앨범 이미지는 외부 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

보관함·재생목록·즐겨찾기·설정 정보는 사용자의 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.

앱 사용 통계: 무작위로 생성한 앱 설치 식별자, 실행 날짜, 운영체제,
앱 버전·빌드 번호를 Supabase로 전송합니다(2항).

광고: 무료 이용자에게 하단 배너 광고와, 사용자가 원할 때 보는 보상형 광고
(24시간 Pro)를 보여 주며, 이때 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 광고 ID 등 기기 정보를 처리합니다(3항).

인앱 결제: 구매 시 구매 내역과 익명 구매자 식별자가 Google Play와
RevenueCat에서 처리됩니다(4항).

앨범 아트 온라인 검색: 곡 편집 화면에서 사용자가 앨범 아트 찾기를 누를 때만
곡 제목·아티스트·앨범 이름을 MusicBrainz와 Cover Art Archive로 보냅니다(5항).

앱은 이름·이메일·연락처를 수집하지 않으며, 위치 권한을 요청하거나 GPS 위치를 수집하지
않습니다. 다만 광고를 표시할 때 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 IP 주소로 대략적인 위치(국가·지역
수준)를 추정할 수 있습니다(3항).
2. 앱 사용 통계

동일 설치와 일별 실행을 중복 집계하지 않기 위해 무작위 설치 식별자를 사용합니다. 이
통계에는 이름·이메일, 음악 파일, 앨범 이미지, 가사, 재생목록, 감상 기록이 포함되지
않으며 광고 개인화에 사용하지 않습니다.

통계 처리는 Supabase를 통해 이루어집니다. 서버 운영 과정에서 접속 IP 등 기술 로그가

3. 광고 (Google AdMob)

앱은 무료 이용자에게 Google AdMob 광고(하단 배너, 사용자가 선택해 보는 보상형 광고)를
표시합니다. Pro 이용자에게는 배너 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.

광고 제공·측정·부정 이용 방지를 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID 등 기기
식별자, IP 주소와 이로부터 추정한 대략적인 위치, 광고 노출·클릭 등 광고 상호작용, 앱·SDK
성능 및 진단 정보를 수집·처리하며, 이 정보는 Google과 공유될 수 있습니다.

유럽 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 Google의 동의 화면(UMP)을 통해 맞춤 광고 사용 여부를
선택할 수 있으며, 동의하지 않으면 비맞춤 광고만 요청합니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를
재설정하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다.

4. 인앱 결제

유료 기능(JC Music Pro) 구매 시, 결제 처리를 위해 Google Play 결제 시스템 및
RevenueCat을 사용합니다. 이 과정에서 구매 내역(상품·구매 시각·결제 상태)과 RevenueCat이
만드는 익명 구매자 식별자가 처리됩니다. 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 앱이 받지 않습니다.

5. 앨범 아트 온라인 검색

곡 편집 화면에서 사용자가 앨범 아트 찾기를 누르면, 그 곡의 제목·아티스트·앨범 이름을
공개 음악 데이터베이스인
MusicBrainz에 검색어로
보내고, 찾은 앨범의 표지 이미지를
Cover Art Archive에서
내려받습니다. 이 과정에서 두 서비스가 요청 IP 주소 등 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

음악 파일 자체, 재생목록, 감상 기록은 보내지 않으며, 사용자가 버튼을 누르지 않으면 이
검색은 일어나지 않습니다. 운영자 서버를 거치지 않고 기기에서 직접 요청합니다.
6. 외부 링크
가사 검색 기능은 외부 웹사이트(Google 검색)를 기기의 브라우저로 엽니다. 해당 사이트의
개인정보 처리에는 본 앱이 관여하지 않습니다.
7. 권한
- 음악·오디오 접근: 기기에 저장된 음악 파일을 불러오기 위해 사용합니다.
- 이미지 접근: 앨범 아트를 표시·변경하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 위치·연락처·카메라·마이크 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
8. 개인정보의 국외 이전
앱 기능 제공을 위해 아래 업체가 정보를 처리하며, 미국 등 이용자의 거주 국가 밖에서 처리될 수
있습니다. 이전 시점·방법은 모두 해당 기능을 쓸 때마다 암호화 통신(HTTPS)으로 전송하는 방식입니다.

삭제하면 앱을 이용할 수 없습니다. 광고 표시에 필요한 전송을 거부하면 무료 이용이 제한될 수 있으며,
Pro 이용자에게는 배너 광고를 표시하지 않습니다(3항).
9. 보관 기간과 데이터 삭제

앱이 기기에 저장한 모든 데이터(보관함·재생목록·설정)는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다.

앱 사용 통계는 서비스를 운영하는 동안 보관하며 서비스를 종료하면 삭제합니다. 개인 음악
데이터와 연결되지 않으며, 삭제 요청은 아래 이메일로 보낼 수 있습니다.

광고·결제 관련 정보는 Google 및 RevenueCat의 정책에 따른 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 앨범 아트
검색 요청은 운영자가 저장하지 않습니다.
10. 개인정보 보호책임자와 문의
개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청과 문의는 위 이메일로 보내 주시면 10일 이내에 답드립니다.

Privacy Policy

JC Music ("the app") respects your privacy. It is a
local music player that plays music stored on your device,
with no account or sign-in. Your music files, playlists, and listening history are not
uploaded. However, some information leaves your device for the ads shown to free users,
app usage statistics, in-app purchases, and the online album art search you start yourself,
as described below.
1. Information We Collect and Process

The app accesses the music files and album art on your device for
playback. Your music files and on-device album images are never sent to or stored on
any external server.

Your library, playlists, favorites, and settings are stored
only on your device.

App usage statistics: a randomly generated app installation identifier,
launch date, operating system, and app version/build number are sent to Supabase (Section 2).

Ads: free users see a bottom banner ad and, when they choose, a rewarded ad
(24-hour Pro). The Google Mobile Ads SDK processes device information such as the advertising
ID (Section 3).

In-app purchases: purchase history and an anonymous purchaser identifier are
processed by Google Play and RevenueCat (Section 4).

Online album art search: only when you tap the album art search in the song
editor, the song title, artist, and album name are sent to MusicBrainz and Cover Art Archive
(Section 5).

The app does not collect your name, email, or contacts, and it does not request location
permission or collect GPS location. However, when ads are shown, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may
estimate an approximate location (country/region level) from your IP address (Section 3).
2. App Usage Statistics

A random installation identifier is used to avoid double-counting an installation and daily
activity. These records do not include your name, email, music files, album art, lyrics,
playlists, or listening history, and are not used for personalized ads.

Statistics are processed through Supabase. Technical logs such as the connecting IP address
may be processed while operating the server. See the

for details.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows Google AdMob ads to free users (a bottom banner and an optional rewarded ad).
Pro users do not see banner ads.

To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and
processes device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID, your IP address and the
approximate location derived from it, ad interactions such as impressions and clicks, and app/SDK
performance and diagnostic information. This information may be shared with Google.

In regions that require consent (such as the EEA), Google's consent form (UMP) lets you choose
whether to allow personalized ads; if you do not consent, only non-personalized ads are
requested. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

4. In-App Purchases

When you purchase paid features (JC Music Pro), the Google Play billing system and
RevenueCat handle the transaction. Purchase history (product, purchase time, payment status)
and an anonymous purchaser identifier created by RevenueCat are processed. The app never
receives your card number or other payment details.

5. Online Album Art Search

When you tap the album art search in the song editor, the song title, artist, and album name
are sent as a search query to the public music database
MusicBrainz, and the cover
image of the matching album is downloaded from
Cover Art Archive.
These services may process connection information such as your IP address.

Your music files, playlists, and listening history are not sent, and this search never runs
unless you tap the button. Requests go directly from your device, not through our servers.
6. External Links
The lyrics search feature opens an external website (Google Search) in your device's browser.
This app is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
7. Permissions
- Music/Audio access: to load music files stored on your device.
- Image access: to display and change album art.
- The app does not request location, contacts, camera, or microphone permissions.
8. International Data Transfers
The following providers process information to deliver the app's features, and information may
be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States. All transfers
happen over HTTPS (encrypted) each time you use the relevant feature.

If you do not want these transfers, you can avoid the album art search, or stop using and uninstall
the app; the app cannot be used once uninstalled. Refusing the transfers needed to show ads may limit
free use, and Pro users do not see banner ads (Section 3).
9. Retention and Data Deletion

All data the app stores on your device (library, playlists, settings) is removed when you
uninstall the app.

App usage statistics are kept while the service is operated and deleted when the service ends.
They are not linked to your music data; deletion requests may be sent to the email below.

Ad and purchase information is retained according to Google's and RevenueCat's policies.
Album art search requests are not stored by us.
10. Privacy Officer and Contact
We reply to access, correction, deletion and suspension requests within 10 days.
