JC Music ("the app") is a local music player for music stored on your device, operated by JC Studio.
2. Payments and Refunds
Paid features are sold through Google Play billing, and refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy.
If more than 48 hours have passed since purchase or Google Play does not issue a refund, email whdcjf8172@gmail.com with your order number (starting with GPA.).
Under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal of a purchase is limited once you start using a digital feature delivered immediately after payment. However, we will refund you if the feature is not provided properly or differs from its description.
3. Limitation of Liability
The app only plays music files on your device; you are responsible for the rights to and content of those files. We are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or device and operating system issues.
